Abstract :
PLS (Plasma Lighting System) is one of the discharged lamps that have electrodeless bulb1. The bulb is filled with some doses and gases. When electromagnetic field is engaged in the bulb, state of materials in the bulb is changed. Simply, there are three states of materials which are initial, transient, and saturation. Whole of states except transient state are numerically explained by LTE (Local Thermodynamic Equilibrium) model2. However, transient state is very difficult to understand its physical phenomenon. In this reason, this paper is introduced to explain transient state using the electromagnetic and the chromatic analysis.
