Abstract
Summary form only given. Distribution functions in the space-angle or in the time-frequency phase-space are a powerful tool to describe partially coherent radiation. Using the Wigner distribution function (WDF), by various groups the complex wave field has been reconstructed by means of phase-space tomography and the cross-spectral density of laser radiation has been measured. In the present contribution the method will be demonstrated by novel examples. As an example firstly by complex wave field reconstruction by means of the Page distribution function PDF.
