Abstract :
Aiming at the problem existed in peritoneal dialysis, an intelligent peritoneal dialysis system based on combining case based reasoning with fuzzy reasoning is proposed in this paper. The initial dialysis scheme and parameters are selected via case-based reasoning. Then the key dialysis parameters that affect dialysis adequacy can be found and adjusted by fuzzy inference, according to the actual state of patient in dialysis process. The intelligent method can fully make use of doctors´ previous experience and can adjust parameters in time according to the effect of dialysis therapy. A simple case study demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed method.
