Abstract
This work describes the use of biological indicator to monitor microwave medical waste disinfection quality. The test procedures are related and microbiologic results are presented to non commercial and modified commercial indicators. However, it is not a final work; the ideas presented here would help other engineers who work with microwave disinfection systems and to instigate the study of application of biological indicators to monitor microwave power systems
