Abstract
In our presentation we show that analog processing takes advantage of the trend towards ever decreasing feature sizes required for complex digital signal processing. As a practical example, the design of an audio- and baseband processor for the GSM standard in a 0.25 μm, six layer metal CMOS process is reported
