Abstract :
This paper proposes a solutions for 35kV integration smart substation. Following the standards in IEC61850, the solution is designed to a three-level equipment and double networking pattern. Considering the substation scale, economical efficiency of investment and corresponding to practical needs of 35kV substation, we integrated plenty equipment and features, which indeed, can substantially reduce the amount of equipment and network complexity, greatly cut down the equipment costs, commissioning costs and training costs, meanwhile, dual redundant configuration for important equipment and network is adopted as a guarantee of the system reliability.
