Abstract

Early phase of every web information architecture development using UCD (User Centered Design and Development) is a research of website context, content and users. This paper will summarize context and content research of current BPS Headquarter Official Website Information Architecture. Methods used are background research, interview with users and stakeholders as well as the use of in person tree testing-inspired by card based evaluation techniques- to assess the current Web Information Architecture. Result of this phase is an understanding and analysis about website context and content, as a part of BPS Headquarter Official Website Information Architecture Report.
