  • Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to provide an algorithm to solve the Sup·min and Inf·max composite fuzzy relation equations. The method has three main features. One is that the process of the solution is simple, utilizing the criterion matrix and the auxiliary matrix. Another is that the resultant, redundant sets can be excluded using the rule of exclusion in advance. Moreover, the procedure which can eliminate operations to derive the dependent answers is developed. With the above features, the algorithm removes useless computations and can lead all independent answers by simple logical operation
