Strategy landing and dynamic engineering of information technology

As the important means and basic platform of implementing strategy control by large enterprise groups, information technology obtained the unprecedented attention. How to use information technology to achieve strategy objective and improve the competitiveness of enterprise becomes the focus of attention. Based on the concept of financial engineering cube, the paper proposed management and control model of dynamic information engineering, to achieve seamless of strategy management and enterprise operations, so as to provide reference for implementing information management and control system of the large enterprise group.
