Abstract
A typical student graduating from most engineering schools is well-versed in technical expertise. Usually, however, they are not well-versed in the essential workplace skills of communicating their knowledge to others. For example, their skills in writing technical reports and giving oral presentations can be lacking. We are working to overcome this difficulty by, first, collecting information from practicing engineers and, second, using a web-based system to integrate the workplace information into engineering curriculum. In this presentation, emphasis is placed on the web-based system
