Abstract
In knowledge-based economy, enterprises clusters have been the subject of growing attention based on the role they play in organizational learning and knowledge creation. Our aim is to propose an analytical framework on the inter-firms knowledge transfer in enterprises cluster in perspective of localized learning. Localized learning is based on specialization division and local milieu, which greatly fosters innovation any time it involves a large share of knowledge. Firstly, this paper discusses the influence of geographical proximity on knowledge transfer. Secondly, it analyzes the localized learning mechanism of enterprises cluster. Then, it focuses on some influencing factors of knowledge transfer. Considering the possible risk of localized learning, this paper analyzes the role of global-local linkages in the dynamic capability of enterprises cluster.
