The Countermeasures of villagers´ interests under the perspective of game theory

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in order to accelerate the pace of urbanization, all cities in China are carrying on the transformation of “village in the city”. However there isn´t perfect legal system to ensure the villagers´ interests in the village reform. The thesis on the basis of this background, firstly, discuss the fundamental reasons of the difficult transformation of “village in the city” briefly; and then, from the perspective of game theory, analysis the contradiction of the three stakeholders, from the results of the game we can see the villagers´ interests are threatened easily; in this paper I hope to raise some counter measures to solve the question how to guarantee the villagers´ interest in the village reform.
