Research on performance effect of electrical enterprise executives based on fuzzy synthetic decision

It is used to research the performance effect of electrical enterprise executives by fuzzy synthetic decision. With fuzzy mathematics theory, the models of fuzzy synthetic decision are built by designing questionnaire for the performance characteristics of electrical enterprise executives. According to maximum membership principle, the best decision will be found after multilevel synthetic processing. By questionnaire surveying executives in someone electrical enterprise and trial counting, the proposed method can find the best result automatically, and then ensure the result is objective and impartial. Meanwhile, problems in the performance system of the electrical enterprise executives can be indicated by analyzing the results. The value of this method in practical application is proved further by giving the countermeasures for the problems tentatively.
