Abstract :
The results of experimental research of microwave oscillators\´ dynamic autodyne and modulation characteristics are presented. This research was held to verify the conclusions of the theoretical analysis of these characteristics by way of the example of a hybrid-integrated oscillator module "Tigel-08" based on an 8-mm range two-mesa Gunn diode.
