Abstract :
In the research of Vehicle Routing Problem, the key point is how to search for the best routing among different points. Yet current researches rarely take cross fee and road fee together into consideration or just simply add them. For that matter, the delay in travel-time which due to the influence of cross is seldom been studied, and therefore it seems a little crude and lack of applicability. This paper meant to ascertain the Routing Impedance function-dL and the Cross Delay function-dI, and then adjust their former formula (simply totalizing them). By doing these, the new model can better represent the character of cross influence and make the choice of distribution routing more reasonable.
