Abstract :
In order to reduce the cement energy consumption and save the energy of cement production, this paper provides a method of thermal efficiency analysis that can realize the estimation on the key parameters, such as energy efficiency, in a cement clinker cooling process. For intelligent monitoring the real-time parameter online, an energy efficiency analysis software was designed which is based on the thermal efficiency model of cement clinker cooling process. The software consists of data collection system, thermal efficiency online calculation system, historical data query system, data analysis system, online guidance system and so on. It realizes real-time statistics and analysis of the thermal efficiency intelligent during cement clinker cooling process. The excellent performance of the field application shows that the software can play a significant role in directing practical production.
