Abstract :
This paper proposed a green transmission power control scheme for cellular networks in the smart grid environment where several electricity retailers offer different prices to the BSs. The power allocation of each BS is formulated as a non-cooperative game. In a dynamic environment, the competition behaviors of BSs are modeled as a stochastic learning process and a conjecture based multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm is proposed. Numerical results show that our proposed scheme can significantly improve the network´s energy efficiency and reduce operational expenditure.
