Abstract
The usage of Social Media has increased considerably over the last ten years due to the rapid growth of internet usage. Facebook, the de-facto social network has grown since opened to public to become a significant strength especially promotion channels for companies with over 800 million daily active users. The research problem addressed here is to make a marketing communication plan for brand promotion using Facebook as social media to reach out to more customer base and maintain the relationship. The market survey done using Facebook is analysed, which give a theoretical basis for the company to launch their activity.
