Abstract :
In this paper, the problems of finite-time stability for both discrete-time and continuous-time switched linear systems are studied. Largest region function strategy is adopted to design the switching logic, i.e., state-dependent switching rule, which is different from the existing approach that is based on time-dependent switching strategy. Some sufficient conditions are provided for finite-time stability of both continuous-time and discrete-time switched system. Finally, an example is given to verify the efficiency of the proposed method.
