Abstract :
Using electronic equalization to combat chromatic dispersion and forward error correction (FEC) to increase robustness to in-band crosstalk, we demonstrate CWDM capacities of 32/spl times/10 Gb/s (2/spl times/16, full-duplex) over >30 km of low-water-peak standard single-mode fiber.
