Abstract
This paper presents an optimal power flow management for a hybrid ac/dc microgrid. The research, through this work, aims to design, model and control of a smart hybrid ac/dc microgrid in the grid-tied mode and islanding mode able to exchange data through the smart grid bus communication to receive grid power references, manage locally the power flow between the various sources and facilitate the connection of various ac and dc renewable sources and loads. In this context, a Hybrid Control Sytem (HCS) was developed in such a way to maintain the power balancing in real-time operation of the proposed system.
