  • Abstract
    In this paper, the system of study contains a wind turbine ( asynchronous generator) connected to an AC / DC converter, a static VAR compensator (SVC) represents a variable capacity and an LC filter to supply a resistive load. After the study for each part to our system, modeling and simulation in MATLAB/SIMULINK, so as to achieve a voltage regulation of the wind energy system, we have proposed a control law based on a static converter SVC. As a final step, experimental and simulation results are compared to show the reliability of the control law proposed.
