The implementation of Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) to engineering programs in the Philippines had been reflected as one important reforms in the country´s higher education. The Philippines initiated to be a member nation of Washington Accord (WA) through the Philippine Technological Council (PTC). Batangas State University became the first government-subsidized university to respond with the Electronics Engineering (ECE) program placed at the forefront of OBE implementation in this institution.
