Abstract :
Condition-based maintenance technology plays a significant role in improving the equipment maintenance efficiency and reducing the equipment failure rate. Graphics model analysis is the basic technology for implementing condition-based maintenance. In this paper, based on graphics model analysis for the grid equipment condition-based maintenance, the ideas, methods and issues about carrying out condition-based maintenance technology in the grid enterprises were discussed. The use of graphics model analysis could contribute to the centralized analysis of equipment condition data, equipment condition evaluation, and equipment defect diagnosis, which would provide strategies for differentiated equipment operation and maintenance, and support for the equipment lifecycle management. In this paper, structures and functions of graphics model analysis were described and analyzed, and the results showed graphics model analysis was of great importance to the grid equipment condition-based maintenance.
