  • Abstract
    This paper describes the changes that NASA´s Cross Enterprise Technology Development Program, which supports all of NASA´s Enterprises. It is going from a program that was under the control of the NASA Centers to one which is broadly announced and peer reviewed, with NASA technologists competing with those of academia and industry. The issues which this change entails are delineated and initial ideas for solutions are provided
