Abstract :
Through the analysis of application subject of the flood control, based on the dividing and description for the flood control entity, the paper is to establish the topological relationship between the flood control entities in various river basins using the thought of data structure and the method of data elements. Adopting the database technique, facing the integration method of the flood control decision subject, separation method and control technique of the user interface and application program, to establish the elicitation method of flood control information service based on the professional knowledge, facing to the subject of flood control, the model is integrated into the experiences and knowledge about the flood control accumulated by the experts and developers in many years, which have significant realistic meaning for the flood control. Through a case study in Heilongjiang Province, the effect of these techniques is illustrated.
