Abstract :
This study aimed to investigate the effect of different tone intensity on adults attention deficit via EEG. Three various tones namely Medium, Loud but Comfortable and Very Loud were used. The result from the 4 subjects showed that the amplitude of N1 wave of 2 subjects has reduced when stimulated by Medium sound intensity as compared to the other 2 subjects. The result of subject 1 and subject 2 showed the attention deficit did not occur at Loud but Comfortable and Very Loud sound intensity compared to subject 3 and subject 4, the reduction of amplitude happen at the Loud but Comfortable and Very Loud sound intensity. The finding of the experiment shows that the duration of attention deficit is inversely proportional to the subject ages.
