Abstract
This paper presents the design and implementation of a new fuzzy logic current regulator for a three-phase inverter using the strategy of space vector modulation. Criteria for designing the fuzzy controller are given and a comparison with the hysteresis method is presented. The space vector approach is to generate the command pulses for low ripple current and constant switching frequency. The use of fuzzy logic control avoids the knowledge of the induction machine back EMF and provides lower DSP computations. Simulation results are presented showing the good response of the proposed method
