Abstract :
A ADF4350-based crystal Frequency Modulation (FM) transmitter is designed. The paper conducted theoretical analysis of the loop transfer characteristic of the transmitter, verified the feasibility of the crystal frequency modulation scheme. The frequency synthesizer part of the transmitter selected chip ADF4350, analyzed the frequency synthesis principle of the chip and data timing. Finally, the loop characteristics of the whole transmitter is simulated, and the results show that the design scheme can ensure that the system has good stability, also has low phase noise, therefore has a good prospect.
