Abstract
eLearning is an excellent tool for transfer of research results and latest findings into the educational process. This paper shows author\´s motivation and experience in design and realization of interactive eLearning course "Advanced Solar Cells". The course deals with the introduction and current status of photovoltaics, basic theory operation principle and fabrication process and application of solar cells. The main focus is on the advanced silicon based solar cells and advanced solar concepts. This eLearning project uses learning environment Moodle.
