Abstract :
A theory model of feed-forward compensation controlling system is constructed by the method of precision compensation. A feed-forward compensation hardware control system is designed to MCS51CPU as the core and structure of compensation data processing program. Established components of linear contour error mathematical model, thus determine the amount of feed-forward compensation algorithm. CNC x-y experiment platform simulation results indicate that this design can effectively eliminate the phase lag and amplitude errors of the computer numerical control (CNC) system, and improve the general CNC machining accuracy on the part contour.
