Research of Evaluation Index System on Technological Innovation Service Platform

The construction and improvement of technological innovation service platform is a major technical innovation system reform on the use, construction and management of the existing technological resource. This work is still at the stage of exploration and construction, especially in the evaluation of platform, lacks the specialized systems research. The paper, taking the technological innovation service platform in Anhui province as an example, points out the problems of the construction of technological innovation system, proposes the principles and foundation of constructing evaluation index system. And on the bases of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of technological innovation service platform, in three aspects of ability to integrate resources, innovation ability and service capacity, establish the evaluation index system of technological innovation service platform.
