  • Abstract
    The temperature has violent influence on the test accuracy on the moisture content of crude oil by microwave. Establishing the affection of temperature, especially high temperature, plays an important role in improving the accuracy of detection. Indoor equipment of testing moisture content of oil-water mixture by microwave was built, which fulfill the test conditions with temperature 20°C-200°C and pressure 0 MPa-2.5 MPa. Then the test of oil-water mixture with different moisture content of temperature 100°C-160°C and pressure 1.0 MPa-1.5 MPa by microwave were completed. The results show that (1) with the moisture content of less than 10% or more than 30%, the microwave signal increases steadily with increasing temperature, and with the moisture content of 10%-30%, the microwave signal fluctuates obviously with altering temperature, (2) with the moisture content of more than 40%, the change gradient of microwave signal with moisture content slows slightly, (3) with high moisture content, the value of maximum error of the microwave signal is 65.7% compared to the room temperature test.
