Abstract :
This study proposes a model identifying the differential antecedents of employees´ online knowledge sharing frequency and intensity. Preliminary findings indicate that frequency is influenced by knowledge renewal, while intensity is influenced by knowledge diversity. Knowledge renewal and diversity are influenced by different job characteristics.
