Abstract :
Synchronized LXI interface defines how to implement time and synchronize of LXI modules on internet, and is the key technology in automatic test system based on LXI. In this paper,character and driving specification of LXI are described, and function and cooperation of LXISyncArm, LXISyncTriggle, LXISyncEvent, LXISyncLog, LXISyncTime subsystem in LXISync interface are discussed, and finally LXISync interface is implemented to interchange data and command.
