Abstract
In recent years, a number of studies have considered the evolvement of network organization; however, the primary focus on the complexity of network organization evolvement has not been discussed widely. This paper describes a potential energy model of organization evolution, which provides a research platform for the establishment of the evolution trajectories of network organization. Results from the analysis of the evolvement time of network organization are presented which indicate that the degree of competition is closely related to the evolvement time of network organization; the long-period trajectory and the short-period trajectory coexist in the evolvement of network organization; it is difficult that network organization by recombinant mechanical reorganization forms; more cooperation can prolong the evolvement time of network organization.
