Abstract :
According to characteristics of tourism highway and research results of eco-environmental evaluation at home and abroad, an index system about eco-environmental impact of tourism highway has been constructed. On the basis of the index system, a matter-element evaluation model for eco-environmental impact was constructed with the support of matter-element model and extension theory. By the application of one project case and the comparison with evaluation model of fuzzy mathematics, the model proved to be effective and feasible. The results show the model can eliminate impact of man-made in the process of evaluation and improve the accuracy of evaluation.
