Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the advantages you have with the use of technologies such as support for people with disabilities, especially in education. The results are implemented on a software project repository available on the webpage Grupo de Tecnologías de Inclusión of the Universidad Politécncia Salesiana, This site meets the standards for web accessibility for people with disabilities and general users can download, make contributions and suggestions, creating a support network that seeks to create real solutions for real life situations. It also performs an implementation of an Android application technology that helps children with cerebral palsy contributing to the IPCA center as an alternative to the teaching and learning.
