Abstract :
To decide performance improving action for an inefficient company, this paper presents a framework how to construct an optimal solution by alternatives. The basics premise under this research is that each company has multi-inputs and multi-outputs and the performance is measured by data envelopment analysis (DEA) technique. The proposed framework consists of five steps including DEA and mixed integer programming. Numerical study for evaluating department stores has shown how the proposed framework works.
