Abstract :
We carry on overall evaluation and sub-item evaluation to 31 regions in China by using regional technology innovation ability evaluation indicator system and combination evaluation method based on consistency. We carry on comparative analysis in order to know the advantages and disadvantages of each region. Then they can adopt the reasonable technology innovation strategy to improve the regional technology innovation ability.
