Abstract :
This paper describes the studies of project management maturity assessment as a part of the goal of creating a mature project management culture at Arcelik R&D Center, Turkey. Improvement areas an action plan for implementing changes in project management process are identified. The methodology for the assessment, results and success factors are discussed in this paper
