Abstract :
A new system of Josephson junction array (JJA) excitation, based on an embedded JJA in a surface wave resonator (SWR) is offered. The properties of the SWR with high-temperature superconducting (HTS) Josephson junctions (JJ) in the microwave range are investigated. The possibility is demonstrated of synchronization of each JJ from the JJA. Due to this property, a new class of integrated circuit (IC), working on the nonstationary Josephson effect, can be built with SWRs in the microwave range.
