Abstract :
Multiplying Digital-to-Analog Converters (MDAC´s) have been used in many electronic circuits that require digital programmable analog vector-matrix multiplications and flexible digital-to-analog interfaces. Design and simulation of a pipeline GaAs CCD MDAC are presented in this paper. The MDAC has been simulated to function at a clock frequency of 1.4 GHz and a sampling rate of 350 MS/s for 4-bit conversion.
