Abstract
Numerical calculations were performed to study the kinetics of charge carriers´ trapping and recombination in systems, where traps and recombination centres are spatially correlated. A new Monte Carlo algorithm was developed for systems with traps that are not fulfilled initially. The dependence of TSC and TL spectra on initial filling ratio were studied. It is shown, that for low initial filling ratios thermally stimulated relaxation spectra strongly depend on spatial correlation.
