Abstract
The 3-D computing system presented consists of two optoelectronic arrays, interconnect holograms, a host interface board, and a host computer. Using such free space interconnections leads to more crosstalk-free and higher density interconnection channels, easier replacement of defective arrays, and easier multi-chip module implementation than electronic interconnects.
