Abstract
A thorough analysis of a PWM inverter induction motor drive with speed sensorless control is presented in the paper. The first part of the paper is devoted to the verification of dynamic possibilities of the proposed concept of control by means of computer simulation. The second part of the paper is devoted to the optimization of steady state performance. In conclusion, the results achieved on a laboratory model are presented.
