Abstract :
In this paper, a mathematical evaluation model of plane to plane parallelism satisfying the Minimum zone conditions is developed. According to the characteristics of the parallelism error evaluation, a new approach based on the particle swarm optimization is proposed. Based on uncertainty theory of the new generation Geometrical Product Specification (GPS), the result uncertainty computation model is built in order to make the result more complete and specification. Sample is proposed to prove the method of this paper can assess the parallelism error accurately and effectively. The computing efficiency and accuracy can be improved greatly by using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm.
