Abstract
Urban Competitiveness of Liaoning Central and Southern Cities is a complex multi-level system, which has subsystems made up of a number of factors. These subsystems affect the competitiveness of cities together. The study finds that Liaoning central and southern urban competitiveness shows three regions differences in non-equilibrium distribution by constructing competitiveness evaluation system and using the gray comprehensive evaluation to compare urban competitiveness of Liaoning Central and Southern Cities. At the same time, the proposal of urban competitiveness differences between reducing lead-based group, challenge-based group, catching up with the group of non-equilibrium are put forward.
