Abstract
Our intention is to create a balance model capable of predicting the lake water level behavior. This article summarizes the basic facts about Lake Most and theoretical prerequisites necessary for the creation of a dynamic model. The model consists of two independent platforms that can be used to create dynamic models. The first of the applications is Powersim and the other one is Vensim. Both applications work on a similar principle. These two applications were chosen because they are designed for modeling dynamic systems and are perfectly suited for creation of a balance model simulating the behavior of the lake level.
