Abstract :
This paper shows selected stages of PAAF 2a device development. PAAF is developed to determine main powertrain parameters as well as characteristics. The device is intended to use with sport and passenger cars, half trucks and trucks. In this article the emphasis is laid on reducing disturbances which occur during road test. Analysis of road test is shown and results of acceleration signal noise reduction. The influence of that action is shown in powertrain power characteristics, which without filtering are noisy and noninformative. The conclusions drown out obviously leads to requirements for PAAF2a mechanical, electronic design and software.
